Hemp Chili

8-16 ounces of Hemp Way Foods Hemp Burger Crumbles (depending on desired hemp burger crumble thickness)

1 can (24 oz.) organic fire roasted diced tomatoes
1 can (24 oz.) organic fire roasted tomato sauce
4 oz. organic tomato paste
2 medium sliced yellow squash
2 medium sliced zucchini squash
2 medium sliced bell peppers
1 medium sliced red onion
1 can (12 oz.) organic black beans
1 can (12 oz.) organic pinto beans
1 can (12 oz.) organic navy beans
1 can (6 oz.) green chilies
1 tbsp. Cumin
1 tbsp. Oregano
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 tsp. cayenne pepper

Or you can use 1 cup (the above beans) dried beans soaked in water for 24 hours and added to tomato base.

Add all ingredients EXCEPT THE HEMP BURGER CRUMBLES in a large pot and cook for 2 hours on medium.

Add the Hemp Way Foods Hemp Burger Crumbles once the tomato and vegetable base has cooked.

Cook on low with a lid for 30 minutes.
